After New York I will be traveling to visit with family in Canada, and I have already been told by one of my cousins that he plans on taking me for a run. So the plan is that when I come back from this amazing two for one trip I will be all ready to rock and roll with my summer workouts! Running and swimming need to happen, but I also need to find a way to fit weight lifting into the equation since I don't have a gym membership anymore this might be a bit trickier. I would also like to explore yoga, because I would like to be teaching it in the classroom next year.

What Is Happening?
I have been so busy lately, that during my down time all I want to do is be lazy. There are also SO many other things going on in my life that I am having fun organizing and planning for that my workouts are pretty much non-existent... The good part is, I don't feel terrible, and I don't feel like I look terrible... But inside I know that I am not my healthiest self right now.
This coming Tuesday I will be headed to New York to present in a conference with my partner teacher about a project we did with our students this year. I have been looking forward to taking a few runs in Central Park, I mean honestly this place is just begging to be run in!!! I am feeling that this will sort of jump start me.
