In my previous blog I mentioned that I would possibly make it to bed early, and may even get the chance to catch up on some reading. Well... the reading part was lived out, but the early part not so much...
I signed onto facebook planning on only sending a short message to a good friend, but got into reading the notifications as well. I came across one from Billy's cousin mentioning that her birth story (she recently had her first baby 1/1/11 @12:14 am) was available through her blog. Of course I had to read it, and let me just say it brought me to tears. So then I got curious and read all of her blogs up to that point (don't worry there was only 8). Her writing is so great, I felt like I was reading a novel! I am excited to keep up with her experiences! Not that I plan on having a baby or even getting married anytime soon.... but.... those are things that do cross my mind every now and then... When will I become engaged? When will I get married? How old will I be? When will I become pregnant? Is it weird to start researching things about marriage and pregnancy now (even though I am in NO rush)?
Anyways... I just thought that was very cool! It's not 11:07 pm and I am getting to bed I promise!
Yay for blogs! I haven't been able to go to bed early either...and I blame the Barnes and Noble Nook I got for Christmas...so many books in one place!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you will ever see this comment... But YAY for your NOOK I bet that is the most awesome thing ever!
ReplyDeletehahaha I saw the comment, but only because I checked back on our comments because of our earlier conversation! I guess if we have something we really really want to say to each other we should probably just send a message on facebook or an email hahahahha.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, the Nook is amazing! I love it! I am happy because I buy a ton of books and they take up so much space and now I don't have to take up so much space in my freaking apartment. I'm always trying to get rid of crap and have less clutter, but it seems to accumulate more and more, so I'm stoked about the Nook because now at least I won't be accumulating more and more books hahaha!
